Ce este testul
Drop Rivals e acum în testul public (versiune beta): oricine joacă, cu sau fără cont, e tester și folosește o versiune a jocului încă în dezvoltare, oferită gratuit. Folosind jocul, accepți acești termeni. Pot apărea erori, schimbări de joc și pauze în funcționare. Progresul (monede, animăluțe, provocări, obiecte) poate fi resetat înainte de lansare.
Contul
- Contul e opțional și e pentru persoane de cel puțin 16 ani.
- Ești responsabil de parola contului tău.
- Numele de jucător e public: nu folosi numele altcuiva, cuvinte jignitoare, vulgare sau care incită la ură. Putem schimba sau bloca numele care încalcă regula.
- Îți poți șterge contul oricând din joc.
Reguli de joc
Nu folosi trișări, programe sau modificări care schimbă jocul, recordurile sau economia, și nu încerca să ocolești securitatea serverelor. Putem șterge recordurile obținute astfel și putem suspenda conturile implicate.
Jocul cu alți jucători
- Prietenii, invitațiile în grup și cursele împreună sunt doar pentru conturile cu adresa de e-mail confirmată.
- Nu trimite cereri de prietenie sau invitații în masă, nu hărțui și nu te da drept altcineva.
- În grup se pot trimite doar mesaje rapide predefinite. Cursele cu prietenii se joacă cinstit: nu modifica pozițiile sau rezultatele trimise de joc.
- Poți elimina oricând un prieten și poți ieși oricând din grup. Ce nu e în regulă ne poți semnala prin butonul „TEST”; putem limita funcțiile sociale ale conturilor care încalcă aceste reguli.
Bani și obiecte
În testul public nu există plăți. Monedele, ghindele și obiectele din joc nu au valoare în bani reali și nu pot fi schimbate pe bani.
Părerile tale
Mesajele trimise prin butonul „TEST” ne ajută să îmbunătățim jocul; putem folosi ideile din ele fără obligații față de tine.
Răspundere
Jocul e oferit „așa cum este”, în faza de test. În limitele permise de lege, nu răspundem pentru pierderea progresului din test sau pentru întreruperi. Drepturile tale de consumator prevăzute de lege rămân neafectate.
Modificări
Putem actualiza acești termeni; data de sus arată ultima versiune. Legea aplicabilă este legea română. Datele contului sunt stocate în Uniunea Europeană (Google, regiunea europe-west1, Belgia); detalii în politica de confidențialitate.
Public test terms
What the test is
Drop Rivals is now in its public test (beta version): everyone who plays, with or without an account, is a tester and uses a version of the game that is still in development, offered free of charge. By using the game, you accept these terms. Bugs, gameplay changes and downtime may occur. Progress (coins, pets, challenges, items) may be reset before launch.
Your account
- An account is optional and is for people aged 16 or older.
- You are responsible for your account's password.
- Your player name is public: do not use someone else's name or words that are offensive, vulgar or incite hatred. We may change or block names that break this rule.
- You can delete your account at any time in the game.
Game rules
Do not use cheats, programs or modifications that change the game, the records or the economy, and do not try to get around the servers' security. We may delete records obtained this way and suspend the accounts involved.
Playing with other players
- Friends, group invites and races together are only for accounts with a confirmed email address.
- Do not send friend requests or invites in bulk, do not harass anyone and do not pretend to be someone else.
- Only predefined quick messages can be sent in a group. Races with friends are played fairly: do not alter the positions or results sent by the game.
- You can remove a friend or leave a group at any time. You can report anything that is not right with the “TEST” button; we may limit the social features of accounts that break these rules.
Money and items
There are no payments in the public test. Coins, acorns and in-game items have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your feedback
Messages sent with the “TEST” button help us improve the game; we may use the ideas in them without any obligation to you.
Liability
The game is provided “as is”, during the test phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the loss of test progress or for interruptions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Romanian law applies. Account data is stored in the European Union (Google, europe-west1 region, Belgium); details in the privacy policy.
